The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton

The free shuttle service was super helpful and fast for getting around to the museums. All the staff members we interacted with there were great. The room we were in was a little worn but had a lot of nice features. Lots of storage and a big bathroom and kitchenette area. I'd definitely stay there again.

My son had his wedding here. It was the most beautiful, fairy tale event. The venue is gorgeous - one huge, beautiful space for the ceremony, one space for the cocktail hour, and one space (huge ballroom) for the reception. The wedding coordinator was easy to work with.

Hotel was nice the breakfast wasn't it for the money especially. I thought it was included got 2 pieces of bacon and a glass of oj and my kiddo got a single serving cereal and it was 40 bucks if I'd had known that I would have went elsewhere. But the hotel was pretty nice and free parking so that's nice.

Wedding we went to was Amazing! Service food and venue were Awesome. Issues with hotel room. Air conditioning was not working so rooms were too warm. Box fan in room helped but still not great. No top sheet for bed, only a duvet so we were either too warm with duvet or cold because there was no top sheet. Other guests felt the same way.

I'm giving location a 5 because once the road construction is completed, it will be better. A 15-20 minute walk to most of the restaurants at university circle. I even walked to the Cleveland Clinic for work before the temp dropped or was raining. I love the historical building.

Tudor Arms is a clean, reliable place to stay in great location for folks needing to be proximate to Cleveland Clinic, Case Western, University Hospitals and Little Italy. Have stayed here probably a dozen times over the last 5 years. The rooms are ready for a refresh but are clean. The self-parking is a plus and the staff is friendly and helpful. The building itself is a remarkable example of 1920’s architecture.

Great place to stay if you're coming in from out of town as a Cleveland Clinic patient. The shuttle made my life infinitely easier in getting to and from my appointments. Room was huge and comfortable. Would stay here again if I came back in for more appointments.

Staffed with the nicest employees, the service here is great! The Hotel shuttle drivers are so helpful and kind as well and really made it easy to get back and forth to Cleveland Clinic. Rooms were extremely clean, well stocked and comfortable in this recently renovated historical building. I can’t say a “lot” about the food, because the flatbread was SO delicious, its the only thing I ate! The breakfast buffet was diverse, maybe adding the option of “as you like them” eggs would be appreciated. …Again, amazing staff, cost competitive pricing and great Hilton benefits made our many stays comfortable and made us feel welcome.
